i'm experimenting with some new social media habits over the next 90 days. i removed the tiktok, insta, and x apps from my phone. i only kept @warpcast. i want to replace doom scrolling with the following:

✅ being social on purpose
✅ being social with intention
✅ creating, instead of shit posting

Hell yes dude, Def on a similar path. I absolutely fell victim to the addiction. doom scrolling is painful at this point.

i was trying to figure out where all of my reading time went as my to-read list continued to grow at a greater rate than usual. and it was because of doom scrolling. 🤣
