When I first joined Farcaster, there was only the .dmg file, Warpcast wasn't even a thing yet, and I was running Linux so I couldn't run the .dmg (still Linux, Arch btw). To use Farcaster, I had to browse Discove to read the casts, and send cast by manually sending POST request to farcaster dot xyz, wild times.
