what's the best web3 database/storage service rn?

and would using a service like this require me running my own node(hosting an instance of a db, running a node in a network to pin my data, etc)

genuinely curious if anyone has a best answer, i don't really have one

it's great for what it does and you can have web3 features(sign in with wallet and store data in a sql db), but i want to be able to support many arbitrary schema types and i feel like json schemas might work better

in addition it'd be nice for data to be stored in a permissionless manner
