(Digital) environments determine a lot of what we pay attention to, organizing environment is organizing mind: follow people worth following, block noise, hang out with smart and driven people.

Yes, very much 🩷 If you allow dark twisted things to take up a lot of space in your attention landscape, they will grow to fit the allotment you’ve provided, and elevated feelings of hopelessness or despair will follow The news cycles these days wants you to feel all of that at all times It’s unsustainable
