Has anyone successfully switched their mouse usage to the non-dominant arm? I've been experimenting with it for the past couple days, and it has been pretty OK - still need my dominant arm when coding, but for general browsing it's pretty reliable. Reason in doing this: my dominant arm is in pain from mouse usage.

Sure. My cat slept on my right hand all the time and forced me to use left hand for keyboard and mouse.

Yes - this is super geeky but I actually use a lefty ergonomic mouse and a righty ergonomic mouse at the same time 😂 sometimes I’m using both simultaneously, and sometimes I’m using one or the other - definitely alleviated over use pain. When I’m using both simultaneously I can move really fast

For me, a trackball was the solution. Any pointing device with palm facing down is a no from now on. Vertical mouse can work too, can recommend Logitech for both options.

try trackpad extremely ergonomic and now you don't need mice when travelling however the aim at the videogames becomes crap because of no practice...

Have you tried a trackball mouse? Much easier on the wrist

You look into ergonomic options? Having your palm face left instead of down does wonders. Also wrist exercises

Yes. Did it for the same reason, wrist pain. Am not generally very ambidextrous and took a little time. Felt like really cool deep brain rewiring.
