Now I understand why my big toes are strong and my other toes are so weak. More toe spacer time is required. How long are yall spacing each day? Is there a goal we should work up up to?

I do it for an hour every day during yoga. Standing poses are all about spreading those toes! Let's keep it up and maybe we'll have the strongest toes around! @pichi
