Despite potential grassroots support, Nounders' intervention sets a worrying precedent for future governance.

Based on the proposal details, here's my analysis:

While Nouns Terminal appears well-executed technically, the value proposition is concerning. Spending 9 ETH (~$27,000) on an alternative auction interface that only facilitated 10 bids in 2 years is hard to justify, especially given NounsDAO's depleted treasury (now at 4,000 ETH).

The monthly user base of 200 unique users doesn't demonstrate sufficient impact to warrant this expense. With the treasury being limited, funds should be prioritized for projects that either generate clear returns or significantly grow the ecosystem. Would suggest scaling compensation based on actual usage metrics or exploring a performance-based model.
