My contract wraps up next week. Let’s just say… it was one of those companies that taught me more about what not to tolerate, and exactly how important structure, respect, and real leadership are.

Don’t be afraid of termination fees. Be afraid of someone who understands the system and knows how to write it down.

They installed pirated Office for me, on my first day as a freelancer. They told me how to bypass license errors. They shared files via QuickConnect and Gofile. They thought I’d laugh and move on. I smiled and documented. And one day, I sent everything to the BSA. Anonymously. With love.

This is not a rage post. This is a structural response. And a farewell note from someone who did her job, documented the mess, and walked out with her head up.

《Ah… The Year 2025: The PM’s Final Slide.》 I’ve been working since 2015. Across orgs, projects, crisis after crisis. But only in 2025... did I finally witness it. > A Synology NAS folder named “Off 2021” Inside: 정품인증툴.cmd (LicenseBypass.cmd) 설치후 인증풀리는경우 필독.jpg (IfLicenseBreaks_README.jpg) 업데이트하지말것.png (NoUpdatesPlease.png) It wasn’t licensed. It was legendary. And yes— I reported it.

A bit of good news — while I’m not too optimistic about the Web3 PM interview, I did hear back from the AI PM position. 😘😘😘

Thanks so much — really appreciate it. Funny enough, I actually tried to pitch a similar DAO governance idea in a past interview... got told I "don’t understand reality." But it pushed me to learn more, and I turned it into this: https://mirror.xyz/0xa3C342edCfe2c356C897e615f481DcfF52975E9c/ZNEhugLWA_0We46sHwxtCGMOTxJemvbXSTuLA2NhTJk Always down to talk more about trust, coordination, or Web3 governance!Honestly, it’s hard to find people to talk with about this stuff in Web3, especially outside the core dev circles. haha

DAO, as a concept, is powerful. But in practice, many still struggle with coordination, accountability, and trust. I explored a governance model that reimagines DAO structure through the lens of separation of powers — legislative, executive, and judicial — with trust protocols built in at every layer. This is more than a diagram — it's a reflection on how communities can govern *with care*. Let’s discuss. https://mirror.xyz/0xa3C342edCfe2c356C897e615f481DcfF52975E9c/ZNEhugLWA_0We46sHwxtCGMOTxJemvbXSTuLA2NhTJk #DAO #Governance #Trust #OnchainCommunity

An important part of cultural awareness is understanding that different cultural spheres can use the same word in different ways. For example, in most European languages, "actual" means "current", and "concurrency" means "competition". In the crypto space, "DAO" means "project", and "official" means "scam".

P.S. That moment turned into a full DAO trust design proposal. https://mirror.xyz/0xa3C342edCfe2c356C897e615f481DcfF52975E9c/ZNEhugLWA_0We46sHwxtCGMOTxJemvbXSTuLA2NhTJk

Turns out textbook definitions and real-world “Web3” are… not the same. Maybe it’s just a difference in pace. Or maybe *that’s* why I bombed the interview. Still thinking about how “decentralization” became a vibe more than a structure. Posting to /innerview because… same. #web3 #dao #innerview

What if DAO governance wasn’t just code—but care? I wrote this after a failed PM interview, where I wasn’t technical “enough.” But I still believe trust is something we should design — on purpose. Human-centered. Multi-layered. Participatory. A governance model focused on structure, trust, and responsibility. I'd rather see DAO treasuries raise funds and rotate the cash into this than sitting on cash and handing apparently locked tokens on CEX for market makers to blow up tbh
