Thank you for the useful information, I have been posting only on the channels I like without posting on Farcaster because I thought that the people with power badges don't see me anyway. However, if there is a chance that I might get a power badge, I will actively post on Farcaster as well.

You don't need to post in /farcaster, but I do recommend posting in various different channels, not just the same 2-3 over and over. It helps to extend your audience, meet others and perhaps gain new followers, too!
