It's libertarian, but it's open. You can do what you want, but also the host of a channel and those who are in charge of Warpcast. You're free to start your own channel, or make your own Farcaster client if you want something different.

It's debatable. If the feature wasn't available in the first place, there wouldn't be a way to gate keep.
