biggest unfair advantage is *actually* thinking strategically. shocking how few people ever have a clear strategy for what they are doing. I've found Good Strategy, Bad Strategy to be a simple, intuitive guide and framework for doing it well. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11721966-good-strategy-bad-strategy

Every time I read this kind of book, there l was some advice that could be summed up in some highlight and the rest was personal growth with a background of entrepreneurship with things I already knew. That's why I'm asking if there's a summary with the high lights. Saving time is also a stratégy 💁

Good Strategy / Bad Strategy is a slightly different genre than Decisive. It's much more "business" and less "personal growth". I don't see it as advice so much as a framework to think about strategy through. The thinking is still the hard part, but it gives some structure.
