bored with tariffs so update here. down 30 pounds overall in 9 weeks, 20 more to go, might push it to 30. no longer 'husky,' can fit back into my Wranglers. meals are now 1 protein shake full of crap and one ground beef slop and cottage cheese meal daily. many diet root beers throughout the day. 1 cappuccino daily as a treat. 15,000 steps + 30 minutes swimming + 10 minutes jump rops + 30 minutes lifting a day. no beer mostly except i had a friend in town and smashed 12 Weihenstephaners and blasted some cigs, didn't effect the scale. occasional long bike rides. this is like a full time job but this is what i get for letting myself go.

Back when I was competing in boxing, I used to drop 8β10 kg in just 10 days. The secret? Eating almost nothing and still training like a madman. The result? Hypoglycemia at weigh-in and a knockout in my last fight. But hey, at least my abs were shredded while I was lying on the canvas.
