how bad is the migrants situation in Europe? London, Paris, Amsterdam, etc need reports from people who live there now i can't ignore all the crime reports but also don't want to overstate the issue (esp. with multiple elections coming up and right wing candidates boosting propaganda budgets) do you feel safe there

Lived in London until recently. Work hours meant I was regularly taking public transport/walking home late at night. Did see someone get mugged by two guys on a moped but never once felt unsafe myself. It has always been a very multicultural city but that was one of main reasons I liked it so much.
