You have to get it back! ;) The subject matter was absolutely enthralling: Mad scientists—real scientists—and their pursuit of truth by breaking the world down into its most fundamental parts. And the question of what happens when logic breaks down in inexplicable ways.

Oh, and I will add that the writing is of course a huge part of the draw, always for me. So compelling.
