A new hub release will land tomorrow or day after with major performance improvements. 

We may need to “min version” to stabilize the network. This means that newer hubs will immediately stop peering with older hubs , instead of waiting the full 2 weeks. 

If this is a major concern for you, please let us know.

Thank you! You're right, hubs are struggling to return verifications. Will switch the relay over to a different set of hubs. (cc @alec.eth)
