I wouldn’t have thrived here as a teenager for sure! The work culture is really harsh too. I don’t respond very well to seniority for seniority’s sake. I would have done poorly in that system.

Ohhhh ohhhhh right... Well very understandable.. and honestly I feel like that's just the only aspect that's kinda a turn off but on the bright side it shaped them to be hardworking and respectful 😅
