There is 100% a cabal of the top players on every platform. Those who are in it are the most favored, and benefit the most as a result. Chances are, you’re not in it. And neither am I. Nothing personal, it’s just human behavior. It’s all about the network.

Yup, it’s just business. If you’re super early to something, or if you have a connection with some individuals / entities who are powerhouses, you get to see the everything in full transparency. I wouldn’t be surprised if NDA’s are also signed just to make sure that information isn’t leaked.
