Pichi what do you know about this, it must be a mistake, how is it possible? On the other hand when you are banned, can you still give Tips? Can't you claim your points at the end of the season? When you are banned you still appear in the Frames as if everything was normal?

I have seen a user that appears in the Dune list as banned and he gave a normal tip as if nothing happened. That's why I ask if when you are banned you can give tips and see information in the Frames and if you can claim your points.

My points are definitely gone. I have a cool iPhone widget by @leovido.eth that tracks them in real time and it says a new error message today. I hope itโ€™s just a big misunderstanding.

Look at that image, I think you were banned for receiving or giving a Tip to that account, that's your FID. The same thing happened to @cieliss-esdeath, it is unfair to be banned because of a Tip and more if you don't break even one rule.

I hope this is a misunderstanding, because there are a lot of accounts like yours that shouldn't be there. One thing that bothers me about the situation is that the "Rules" are not clear or that the team doesn't really speak out about it with all that is going on. Basically, the only rule that is publicly known is not to exchange more than 15 Tips, rewarding creators and quality content is something that is obvious, but, what about the raffles, these are valid and it is a good way to reward a loyal community. The truth is that I don't understand it, I don't know if I'm missing something, but it's frustrating that one of the favorite and preferred projects, the team doesn't make a statement about it. Anyway, it's time to have a little patience to see if we have an explanation.
