Totally not salty about egg emissions and failed hen upgrades. But this egg, it’s super salty. Onsen (hot spring) steamed eggs are the absolute best. The umami is unreal. Extra salt is a must!

Do they cook them in the hot spring? I don’t think our local spa would let us smuggle eggs in!

Most use the steam but some use the water! the hot spring water is all over town too! literally running beneath the streets so its easy to do!

That’s so cool Our local hot spring has a year round greenhouse! But the whole area smells like sulphur 🤥
