I’m so good at taking before pictures. So terrible at taking after pictures because everything smells good and gets eaten before I can stop them.

I have the same problem. When everything is ready I am not thinking about photos. FWIW - those look like really good cuts.

They were really nice. I was more enraptured with them raw. I really wanted to barely grill them and drip them in raw eggs but I couldn’t find any pasteurized ones today at the store. I miss Japan.

Haha I have only had true waygu once and it was good but I’m more of a medium to medium well guy so, I got a lot of dirty stares to say the least.
