In case others read this. You tagged mostly your friends and people who follow you. You didn’t mass tag a ton of accounts you have zero prior relationship with. These are very different things. 


You have nothing to worry about. Your friends are not going to mark you as spam. Your friends will reply back.  Your friends will be happy you highlighted them to someone new.

This spam thing is really hard to navigate so I’m taking a tactical approach.  People see these comments and don’t understand why tagging a bunch of people gets user A marked as spam but user B not marked as spam.
