If we interact with people who are labeled, does that help the algorithm see them to be reevaluated?

Yes but it works in reverse too. If your account primarily interacts with spammer, itโ€™s likely that you are a spammer

So we should avoid interacting with posts in the โ€œshow more repliesโ€ bucket because our own account might be labeled as spammy?

No, for many reasons: 1. It is one of a 100 different signals. So yes if you interact with a lot of people your probability of being spammy might go up by like 2% 2. Lots of people in show more are not spammy. For example, most non-members of a channel are in there when they cast in a channel. 3. Relative ratios also matter. If you interact with 90% spammy people, then yes. But if its like 20%, then much less likely.

Thanks! This answers my questions for the most part. Does the algo also apply in channels? Aka if your community has been mostly marked as spammy and you only interact with them in channels where you are mutual members, does that hurt you too or do the rules not apply because you are interacting only in channels where you are both mutual members.
