I came here for the sky view Onsen, which is closed the day I’m here (boo!)  if I came again, I’d stay at a much smaller place. These big resorts are fun for a day, but kinda loud.

Yeah it definitely depends on my mood and schedule. Some Ryokan’s are really really picky on check in times and without a car I’m depending on public transit and I can’t always make it work.

It sounds so disappointed😭😭
I also don’t like noisy places, so I stayed at a private ryokan.
It was amazing, but it was really expensive 😅
I can’t forget the open-air bath while it was snowing. I want to go again!
