Totally not salty about egg emissions and failed hen upgrades. But this egg, it’s super salty. Onsen (hot spring) steamed eggs are the absolute best. The umami is unreal. Extra salt is a must!

Beppu isn’t as cute as Gero, but I’m determined to do 88 onsen there to get my masters certification!

Oh yes. There is a little passport book and you get stamps at each onsen. Do 88 and you become a master. You get a special towel!
