Does anyone else use an extra app paired with the Apple Watch to unlock more data? Right now Iโ€™m using the free version of Welltory, and I like it, but I havenโ€™t gone premium because it doesnโ€™t give me insight into how to move the needle and make any of my metrics better. It usually tells me Iโ€™m stressed :/ anyone have an app they love? https://welltory.club/JeKWQ4FK8GSRqJA76

I just use the basic Apple Health. You have me intrigued to learn more about 3rd party apps.

Apparently the watch collects much more than Apple tells us!

No doubt. I'm all for decentralizing and democratizing our data. I learned that credit card companies collect data and use actuaries to determine if couples are close to a divorce so they can sell them more stuff. Because of course tragedy is more profitable in the short term. What if we had access to our data and could analyze our trends to help generate the best version of ourselves. Given the choice, most of us would pick health, happiness, and wealth over divorce, disease, and poverty. Have you read any of Daniel Ariely's books?
