Did I drive all the way to Costco to get this cookie? Absolutely not. Did I use “Find My Friends” to see if anyone was in the area and bribe them to bring me one? Of course. Verdict. It’s quite yummy. I imagine it’s fantastic at the store hot out of the oven. It’s about 7 ounces so extremely shareable.

My friends know it’s taco Tuesday and I make the tortillas from scratch. They are more than willing to bring it buy and hang for dinner.

It worked well! They left full and happy and we had cookie for dessert because they lied and bought a few in case it was yummy.
