They haven’t said. But I assume they continue to work for the challenge and drive or to keep up with the Jone’s. They could take their stock options and retire comfortably but maybe not keep their current lifestyle. I’m making assumptions though.

I have one friend who is by all measurable objectives, completely fine, but they are trying to have kids and he’s got it stuck in his mind that his future theoretical children must start going to private school starting when they’re 3-25 and has this crazy budget in his head for how much this may cost. He will never be able to stop working if he’s seriously going to send them to 50k a year preschool. To each their own I guess.

Everyone has their own reasons... Sometimes it's completely irrelevant... Family especially
