Anyone have good book recs i can easily pack in a backpack and read over the summer holiday? Looking mostly for good sci fi, thrillers. But any books you’ve recently read that you can’t put down are welcomed too.

I enjoyed “Project Hail Mary” a lot more than I thought I would. Not only is a great sci fi adventure but there’s so much real science thrown in that I learned a lot (but I had to google a ton of shit and watch a bunch of physics videos on YouTube!).

Then you will love this! I actually think I understand some concepts better now when there’s a story around it! I don’t want to spoil anything but there are some big big concepts that I had a decent grasp on, but in this next context I have a firm understanding now. I wish this book existed when I was in college or someone could have explained it to me this way!
