This is one of the most popular anime back in 2011-2012.
The story is about a revolutionary group who wants to liberate Japan from an opressing government. 
The main character accidentally got "The Power of Kings" which allows him to create weapons from other people, with the most powerful one originating from the heroine. 
The story is abit complicated, but the animation was beautiful (for its time) and it got epic music composed by Hiroyuki Sawano.
The heroine even got her own songs sung by EGOIST
