Totally not salty about egg emissions and failed hen upgrades. But this egg, it’s super salty. Onsen (hot spring) steamed eggs are the absolute best. The umami is unreal. Extra salt is a must!

Looks so yummy👍 Jigokumusi in Beppu is the best! Everything seems to taste better with the power of Onsen.
