I have a lot of issues with Rainbow but hot damn is their team super responsive over email. I swear I’ve found 39 bugs but they do their best to help me with each one. 

I would have left long ago if the support team wasn’t so awesome but I can’t be mad when they go out of their way to help.

I’ve gotten great, actually fantastic help over email that wasn’t attached to my Farcaster account. The support team is pretty great.

You're prime, I'd guess they cannot afford to not listen to someone with 46k followers. Surely there are others who are going unheard

Mine crashes a lot. I’ve reinstalled 3 times since getting my new iPhone. It’s terrifying that one day I’ll just be locked out of it.

I'm all for reporting bugs, but a wallet should be able to send ETH and currently it doesn't do that for me.
