we found that there were a number of accounts that were very spammy that had all the verifications after collecting some data. 

having verifications will now make it much less likely that you get a spam label, but it won't eliminate it entirely.

Super important. 

Verifications are great to do, but you still can’t be spammy. Verifications alone won’t save you from a spam label!
