My favorite is the one in the left because you can change the shape and it has little ridges. Change them when you change your toothbrush.

don't hate me but i only use a metal tongue scraper i get from amazon hahahaha i change it when it arrives as i have it as subscription hahaha!

The metal works for a lot of people but I taste the metal and it weirds me out!
