Technically, “Power Badges” are gone. They have been replaced with a “flag” on Warpcast called:

"activeOnFcNetwork"

If it’s “true” your frames show expanded to everyone and you will be on the main feed of Warpcast moderated channels (any channels that has no moderator set). If it’s false, you won’t and your frames will be collapsed. The flag is usually updated Monday at 11:59 PM UTC. 

@basewtf.eth created a frame to make it easy for you to check your status.

Looking for Data Points:

1. Check the frame below and see if your flag is true or false. 

2. Report back around 8:15 PM EDT and let us know if it changed (the old script runs at 8:00 PM EDT and I want to know if it runs again).

i'm here everyday but i'm not active, lol

I *think* this is a reuse of the old active user badge that then became power badges and is now just a random badge that we don’t understand. 

Except I still think it’s the old power badge query running because they seem to change at the same time power badges used to update. 

But this is just a theory.

this is why the typical x user will not come to this app and stay, most people will think it's too much hassle to keep up with all this extra stuff, just my opinion

It’s not simple. It’s not easy. It takes a lot of work to do well here and you have to know how to navigate it. 

But I think this is true for most platforms, we are just used to the ways they work more because they are meant for mass adoption. This is far from ready for the masses.

I am only here for a reason. And I will stay here no matter how many hoops I have to jump through.
