We celebrated Cinco De Mayo tonight at our favourite restaurant. Normally they are closed on Monday, but they opened just for today and boy was the food good. I had chicken enchiladas, and Dave had chicken and peach enchilada with a pitcher of sangria! ITAP with my iPhone

Sounds like an amazing celebration Chicken enchiladas and sangria - what a perfect combo! Dave's chicken and peach enchilada sounds like a unique twist. Great food and company make for unforgettable nights
