Founders on Farcaster: do you like being contacted by job candidates here? Or do you prefer to funnel through your hiring teams?

FC is such a rich ecosystem and it’s great to have access…but I assume processes are in place for a reason.

F/Jobs is a great resource, but it’s rare to be able to DM the Founder of a company that posted a cool job. From a candidate’s POV I think the answer is “reach out; what’s the worst?”. Interested to hear the other side though.
