pro pro pro pro tip: don’t chew; just swallow (more or less whole) and your breath will be *fine* (just don’t burp 😎)

Ah yes that makes sense 👌Might cause reflux though? I do like the idea of chewing still just for the throat-contact on the way down haha

sometimes I dice it with a knife before swallowing so it's (a) pre "chewed" but not stuck in my teeth and (b) maximized for throat contact surface area

Good idea 💡 so I usually chew it really well and take a swig of water and let it marinate for a solid 10 seconds before swallowing 😅 probably the absolute worst way to do it breath-wise lmao
