Tip for light sleepers: iOS has a sound machine feature Settings -> Accessibility -> Hearing Control Center -> Background Sounds Stays on overnight, even when the screen is locked. Highly recommend!

Have to say the white noise is actually quite effective compared to those in YouTube. 👍
