i commit to getting a test workout in tomorrow morning. i’ll start by walking a mile and then moving into a pull day. i’ll be in the gym by 6:30 + Chin-Ups – 4x6-10 + Pendlay Rows – 3x8-12 + Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown – 3x10-12 + Seal Rows – 3x10-12 + Cable Face Pulls – 3x12-15 + Dumbbell Shrugs – 3x12-15 + Reverse Pec Deck – 3x12-15 + EZ Bar Curls – 3x8-12 + Cross-Body Hammer Curls – 3x10-12 + Fat Grip Holds – 3x30-45s
