Thank you for following up again 😊 Confession: I missed one day outright, so I’ve failed the letter of this commitment. I also had to skip a couple days because I aggravated an old neck injury (while sleeping, not working out) But the good news is that I’ve made lifting part of my daily routine, so I think I’m living up to the spirit of it😁 I’ve lost some fat and gained some muscle. I sleep better, I feel better, I look better, and my mind is clearer. I’ve also been less stressed, though a lot of factors might be going into that. Massive improvement in QoL for relatively little investment of time, energy, and money. Thank you again for all the guidance and encouragement. 10/10 would make this lifestyle change again
