I love Farcaster. I pour much of myself into the network; it's become the primary way I express my thoughts, feelings, and opinions online. But I wish I could reach more people. I used to write a newsletter. It was moderately successful, but the growth wasn't spectacular. But despite having only a fraction of the subscribers, I felt like I could reach a larger and more diverse audience than I do here. Maybe it was the form factor. Email and a public website are lindy. But something about the Farcaster presentation feels a bit more niche, a bit more "in-crowd" and somewhat opaque by design. I think a good solution would be to make it easier for me to publish my thoughts on Farcaster to other channels. We're already seeing that today with tools like Paragraph or the Merkle team's experiment with posting X content here for big accounts. As a starting point, I would like the ability to publish my Farcaster posts via email. I think that would help a lot with distribution, which is a prerequisite for growth.

I publish updates from my website to maintain ownership of evergreen content about my art, have thought before that it might be nice if Farcaster could turn them into a frame like for Paragraph articles or something along those lines Here's an example of the kind of content Not sure how that would handle the in-line images I usually include in the publications https://eirrann.art/updates/f/what-am-i-talking-about-pseudo-algorithmic-prompting-explained

Seems like it could be a nice paragraph feature. Paragraph could send an email that includes your most engaged casts from the last week.

I think you could even start with a weekly digest format, curating your top posts into a email. This way, you’re still keeping the Farcaster content central but expanding your reach.

I see your point brother. Growth is always a complex matter tho, regardless of the platform or the medium. The thing is that people have “lifes”, their own (ultra valuable) time, and it’s really hard to burts into that bubble and “take” some of that precious time from them. Although that sending casts with a newsletter idea is kinda cool ngl

correct me if i’m wrong but you’re trying to publish your casts via emails like a newsletter for more reach? the people subscribed to this castlike newsletter are not on farcaster?

imo, I think using paragraph will be a good way to start here, you can then move on to the emails i’m sure it’s gonna be successful as you have a larger audience here
