@ba fwiw this is not how I would expect the survey bot to work. my hope is that tagging survey would cause the bot to monitor the thread and automatically reply to the root cast with a graph after a reasonable period of time (e.g. 24 hours). i don't want to vote i want it to work everytime i tag it

For the use case you’re describing aka polling replies of a root cast, @poll would be a better option (although it seems like it’s no longer being maintained sadly) Tagging the survey bot saves a cast internally as a bookmark that we can use as an official community survey at a later date. Surveys ran by team atm!
