With the rise of vibe-coding tools like Cursor, Bolt, Srcbook, etc there is no excuse to not take a first pass at new features before adding it to the backlog. Every issue can have a mockup or prototype. Handing an engineer or designer a written PRD is now the equivalent of giving them a stone tablet.
