It’s been a really fun ride so far, helping the EtherOrcs community shift to a DAO after the founding team aligned they couldn’t move forward anymore. Some exciting things for sure!

We are in one of the biggest bubbles in history, so it stands to reason we have a very large cliff coming up.

Specifically, this paper shows data around sub-primes not being the root cause of 2008 housing meltdown, but instead investors and speculators https://www.nber.org/system/files/working_papers/w23740/w23740.pdf

I’m still a bit perplexed by the pamps in Crypto atm, seeing as the macro is really not very good.

It's been an interesting week, being part of a community whose NFT founding team halted development and the community is now standing up, to form a DAO.

DAOs need to focus less on getting more people active and more on getting the right people active. DAOs should take a page from successful, working CO-OPs.

As someone working in the financial sector there is no silver bullet. Instead, focus on key use-cases where the most value is added. As in areas where you can shield people from most of the shrapnel.

Wallets are still not solved, abstraction ends to be absolute with self-sovereignty, an oxymoron per se.

At camp on Lake Superior, going to be a good mancation. Great people, so much alcohol, lots of snow and cold.

The ares is cool but very expensive. If you don’t use a cable stack a lot atm, not sure your use case justifies the Ares cost versus a cheap valor/titan fitness one. If however you have money to burn, it’s a good buy.

I think there are a lot of use cases for block chain, and credible neutrality is usually along for the ride, no matter the use-case said blockchain is being implemented to solve.

Cable machines are great for ancillary work, when your goals are hypertrophy. Lots of possibilities to do, I strongly recommend all home gyms have some form of a cable system. Single Column plate/weight stack, functional trainer, etc. Essential to a well rounded home gym imo.

Right, so layout looks good and I would recommend two additions/changes. Vertical plate holders as opposed to the ones on the ground and a functional trainer/single cable stack (stack/plate). Cable systems are incredibly versatile and really useful in all aspects of muscle building and strength training.

That is your perspective built from your perception of what you have experienced. We should in normalized practice, stay away from generalizations.
