Had no idea! Used to eat a lot of dates before, but stopped because I thought they had too much sugar πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

You remind me I haven't had dates in a while, going to order some for pre-workout. Thanks! Looking forward to seeing your results in a few months, we can compare πŸ˜„

Hehe, it's good info anyway. To be fair, it's possible my last 3 weeks of traveling heavily skewed the data because my fiber intake is much lower than usual (and more less healthy food than my usual diet)

I won't cut it entirely indeed, just less. I eat cheese with everything!

My glucose has been pretty good overall, so not too worried about rice intake indeed. Could be better of course

I don't eat seed oils and processed carbs. Most of card I eat is rice. Rarely bread or noodles. Only difference in diet in the last year is increase in meat consumption (and cheese) unfortunately, so it's the first thing i'm going to cut and get results in 3 months. Low fat diet is obviously bad of course

Fiber in the last 3 weeks has been terrible, due to traveling, which was right before latest blood test. Going to increase Fiber once i'm back home and re-do blood test in 3 months. Never looked at Niacin! Thanks

The genetic component is very interesting. My wife and I have basically the same diet (I do eat more however), but her LDL and HDL are optimal

Nice, glad to hear it's possible! I think I will cut red meat entirely as well (minus exceptions) and cheese. Don't eat many eggs in the first place, maybe 2 a week in average

Main ones I care about, which are easier to optimize than others (like testosterone) - Cholesterol - Glucose - Cortisol - Vitamin D, B, Folate

I joined before they had plans, to i'm kind of rolling for free, haven't looked in the plans. When I decided a few years ago they were the ones that had the most science based insights in terms of how to improved, and the app is great Havent looked to change really, you can do bloodwork elsewhere too and upload

Help! What are your best tips to reduce LDL Cholesterol? I’ve been consuming more meat in the last year, due to going to the gym and seeking higher protein intake. Mostly chicken though, red meat once a week.

You should try and do it, but note that it will cost you a decent amount to sustain this DDOS over multiple seconds / minutes. But even 5-10 blocks should be enough to see whether it had an impact or not on block production speed
