hey i recently got interested in eating plant based. yesterday made my first tofu dish! it was nice but i think i forgot something, the tofu itself was quite watery, how do you do it?

pro tip: when you’re making a sauce with yolks and cooking bacon or any other animal fat. 
mix the animal fat with the yolks to until you get almost mayonnaise like texture and then mix that the original sauce. you ll get some creamy sauce 🍀
