@pfista do you think I can surf waves this size? I get em on Lake Ontario and Lake Huron but never see anyone surfing so I wondered if itโ€™s even possible.

Log is a term for a longboard that has lots of volume and is good at catching smaller waves. If you've never surfed before though you might want to get lessons from someone in case the water is sketchy. I'm not sure what rips / conditions can be like on the lakes

Iโ€™m super comfortable swimming in the lakes despite all the waves and rips. The first/last time I surfed I had to ask you for help to get back to shore tho ๐Ÿ˜… Thanks for the tip! TBH I was considering getting a small board so I could bring it to the beach on my bike.
