so is delta basically taking the good parts of L1s and L2s and unifying them under one super network? base layer handles data availability, security, settlement via validators, and domains are like l2s but have faster settlement via zk proofs, so no need for bridges and no more rollup delays?

It goes a step beyond that too! All the domains adhere to a set of minimal but globally enforced rules (shared accounts, token standards, proof systems) that make it even easier for domains to interoperate
