Search results should show the all-in cost per night including all taxes and fees.

This way if your budget is $200/night, you can filter on that and not get tricked into an extra $50/night during your last step

I remember when they announced this and I was excited, but for whatever reason I still feel like I've been surprised with fees outside of taxes at checkout since then. 

Can't find a specific example now though. Maybe it's fixed ツ
