The Based Institute was created to study What It Mean To Be Based, the origins of the Base God, and other early Base cultures.

Based is so much more than memecoins.  It can be the home for frictionless trading of nfts, with low gas but the eth native platform that degens are after.  This cycle will pivot at some stage back to overpriced JPEG’s!
